This 2012 PRS P24 10 TOP is finished in an extremely special one off CUSTOM COLOR : CHERRY SUNBURST. Paul Reed Smith is making only 50 of these guitars in 5 different colors for a total of only 250 guitars. This particular guitar is a SPECIAL CUSTOM ONE-OFF COLOR that you will not find anywhere else. This guitar's flame maple 10 top and Honduran rosewood fretboard are OUTSTANDING! That's not the end. This P24 is full of remarkable features including the eye catching hybrid hardware, Pattern Regular mahogany neck, Mother of Pearl "Old School" Bird Inlays and the flawless PRS V12 finish. The P24 is PRS's first 24 fret solidbody piezo-equipped guitar. It is based on the P22, though this model comes standard with an amazing flame maple 10 top. Other fine features include a mahogany back, 25" scale length and the dual output jack so you may access the highly acclaimed P22 Treble and Bass magnetic pickups simultaneously or separately from the piezo pickup. Running this guitar into a stereo amp situation produces a playing experience that is hard to put into words but we will try : UNBELIEVABLE! The piezo pickup has a sweetness and clarity that puts other models to shame and the P22 pups are snarling beasts from tone heaven. This P24 comes with a PRS hard shell case.
